These cartridges are easy to install and are compatible with various 3M™ facepieces, including the 6000 Series Half Facepieces, 6500/6500QL Series, 7500 Series, 6000 Series Full Facepieces, FF-400 Series, 7800 Series, and the 3M™ Scott™ AV-3000 HT and AV-3000 SureSeal Facepieces with AV-632 Bayonet Adapter, helping to streamline inventory management.

Easy Breathing

The 3M™ Gas/Vapor Cartridges are crafted for balanced breathability and long-lasting performance. They use carbon particles to adsorb contaminants, effectively filtering the air you breathe. The design optimizes the layers and depth of the carbon bed, cartridge geometry, and carbon particle size, ensuring ease of breathing and durability.

Protect Your Workforce

Once you’ve assessed the contaminants and exposure levels in your work environment, protect your employees with the appropriate 3M™ Reusable Respirator and matching cartridges. These NIOSH-approved 3M™ Gas/Vapor Cartridges provide respiratory protection against certain gas or vapor concentrations up to 10 times the OSHA Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) with half facepieces and up to 50 times the OSHA PEL with quantitatively fit-tested full facepieces. Note that these cartridges are not intended for use in environments immediately dangerous to life or health (IDLH) or those containing hazardous levels of airborne particulates.
